What medium do you work with, and why have you chosen them?
I experiment extensively with different mediums to achieve unique textures and effects. This continuous exploration is crucial for expressing the emotional and sensory experiences that are at the heart of my art.
How does your artwork get from initial concept to exhibition stage?
My artwork often starts with a specific texture, colour, or emotion that I want to bring to life or explore. It’s an interplay of experimentation and adjustment, where working with my hands and touch is crucial to releasing and capturing my emotions.
Can you tell us a little more about your creative working environment/studio?
I create in my home studio, a space where I feel safe and fully immersed in my work. It’s a setting that provides both comfort and inspiration, allowing me to explore new ideas and techniques freely.
